Design Associate

| Job Summary |
This position will partner with the Design Team to help execute design concepts from conception to first prototype, as well as liaise with cross-functional teams in the product development process. Responsibilities will include coordination of materials, communication of technical details, specification measurements, tech paks, flat sketches on illustrator, preparation of presentation boards and participation in research and development of seasonal trends.

| Qualifications |
Must be organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities at once, ability to take direction and feedback and be a strong partner to the team. Required to be flexible with the ability to self manage and work comfortably in a fast paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and timelines, strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be a collaborative team player with great initiative . Ability to navigate proficiently with fashion related computer systems is required.
3-4 years of experience in the apparel industry preferred.
