Corporate Trainer

Job Summary
As a Corporate Trainer, you would be responsible for providing training to new Associates and Executive staff on Company policies and processes, providing MS Office system application training, providing stand up training and information delivery at weekly and monthly training sessions, Developing, maintaining and updating content for the Nygard Intranet, providing technical support during semi-annual corporate conferences, providing support for business initiatives, including training and participation in project development.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 - 3 years related experience in a training function, Proven ability to design and deliver training programs, Demonstrated ability to clearly present ideas and information, Ability to manage several projects concurrently and adjust to changing priorities, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Strong presentation skills - ability to present to all levels of associates in small and large group settings, ability to design training curriculum, create eLessons and User Guides in document or web format, Technical writing / documentation experience an asset, Must have working knowledge of current communication technology (i.e Smart Phones/Tablets)
